Description:

The rail-mounted container gantry crane is operated by the driver in the cab to operate the linkage platform. The cab is generally suspended below the car and runs with the car. All operations of the crane can be realized on the linkage table of the cab. The cart can also be operated on the running side of the cart to facilitate the temporary displacement of the crane. When operating on the running side of the cart, it can achieve electrical interlocking with the main operation linkage platform.

The drive control of rail-mounted container gantry cranes is currently commonly used for AC variable frequency speed regulation systems. The control system mostly adopts communication control, and the inside of the container mostly adopts the wired mode, which is characterized by high speed and high reliability. An optional crane integrated management system can be installed to transmit data wirelessly with the external control room, and to continuously monitor the crane's operating system, diagnose faults and collect data sets by cooperating with the logic control.
