Mission Centrifugal Pump Structure Composition
The basic structure of MISSON centrifugal pump is composed of six parts: impeller, pump body, pump shaft, bearing, sealing ring, stuffing box.
1, the impeller is the core part of the centrifugal pump, its speed is higher than the force, and the blade on the impeller plays a main role, the impeller should pass the static balance experiment before assembly. The inner and outer surfaces on the impeller should be smooth to reduce the friction loss of water flow.
2, the pump body is also known as the pump shell, it is the main body of the pump. It plays a supporting and fixing role and is connected with the bracket for mounting bearings.
3, the role of the pump shaft is to connect the coupling and the motor, the motor torque to the impeller, so it is the main component of the transfer of mechanical energy.
4. Sliding bearings use transparent oil as lubricant, and add oil to the oil level line. Too much oil should seep along the pump shaft, too little bearing should overheat and burn out causing an accident! In the process of running the pump, the temperature of the bearing is 85 degrees, and the general operation is about 60 degrees.
5, sealing ring, also known as leakage reduction ring.
6. The packing box is mainly composed of packing, water seal ring, packing barrel, packing gland and water seal pipe. The function of the stuffing box is mainly to close the gap between the pump shell and the pump shaft, do not let the flow of water inside the pump to the outside and do not let the outside air into the pump. Always keep the vacuum in the pump! When the pump shaft and the packing friction generated heat on the water seal pipe to water seal ring to cool the packing! Keep the pump running properly. So in the operation of the pump in the process of inspection of the packing box is special attention! The filler should be replaced after 600 hours or so.
