1. Core materials: P20, 718, NAK80, S136, SKD11, 1.2738, 1.2311, 718, or customized

2. Tool base: HASCO, DME or customized

3. Plastic materials: PP, PE, ABS, PC, acrylic, PS, nylon + GF, TPE/TPR, silicone, PEEK, POM and PVC

4. Hot-runner system: Yudo, Sino, Hasco, Incoe and LKM

5. Gate: side, submarine, pinpoint, sprue, tunnel gate and can be customized

6. Engraving: date stamps (year and month), logo type

7. Hardness treatment: through nitrogen vacuum quenching

8. Heat treated as required

9. Standard mold parts: DME and Hasco

10. Spare parts: assemble limited switches in mold, eye bolts, springs, nipples, O-ring, hydraulic nipples and blank logo inserts

11. Design software: US, SolidWorks, Pro-E, 3D Max, AutoCAD and UG

12. Process: CNC, high-speed engrave, EDM, wire cut and drill

13. Minimum tool life: depends on customer's requirement, at least 500,000 shots

Founded in 2003, Jinjiang Liqi mould Co., Ltd. is located in Anping Development Zone, Anhai Town, Jinjiang, an important industrial town of Quanzhou. It is 6km away from the expressway intersection.
