NYLD-WL series turbine flow meter is a new generation of turbine flow meter with the characteristics of simple structure, light weight, high precision, good repeatability, sensitive response, convenient installation and maintenance, etc. It is widely used to measure liquids with stainless steel 1CrisNisTi, 2Cris, corundum AlzO3 and cemented carbide in closed pipelines, which do not corrode, and have no impurities such as fibers and particles. The kinematic viscosity at working temperature is less than 5x10-6m2/s. The liquid of 5x10-6m2/s can be used after real-liquid calibration of the flow meter. If it is matched with a display instrument with special functions, it can also carry out quantitative control, excess alarm, etc. It is an ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy saving.
◎High accuracy, generally up to ±1%R, ±0.5%R, high precision type up to ±0.2%R;
◎Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach 0.05%~0.2%, it is precisely because of good repeatability, such as frequent calibration or online calibration, high accuracy can be obtained, it is the preferred flow meter in trade settlement;
◎Output pulse frequency signal, suitable for total measurement and computer connection, no zero drift, strong anti-interference ability.
◎High frequency signal (3-4kHz) can be obtained, and the signal resolution is strong;
◎Wide range, medium and large caliber up to 1:20, small caliber 1:10, compact and lightweight structure, easy installation and maintenance, and large flow capacity;
