The double Rexnord Replacement Flexible Disc Coupling is composed of several groups of diaphragms (stainless steel sheets) which are connected with the two half couplings by bolts in a staggered manner. Each group of diaphragms is formed by overlapping several pieces. The diaphragms are divided into connecting rod type and whole pieces of different shapes.

The double Rexnord Replacement Flexible Disc Coupling compensates the relative displacement of the connected two shafts by the elastic deformation of the diaphragm. It is a high-performance metal elastic element flexible coupling. It has no lubrication, compact structure, high strength, long service life, no rotating clearance, and is not affected by temperature and oil pollution. It has the characristics of acid, alkali and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for shafting transmission under high temperature, high speed and corrosive medium woterking conditions.
