Pressing machine use high temperature 400 degree, high pressure to shape wood sawdust powder into wood briquettes. Wood sawdust's moisture should be less than 15%, dimension should be less than 3mm. Wood sawdust briquettes' density is around 1.3-1.5 g/cm3, the burning time is around 3.5-4 hours. The whole sawdust briquette machine production line can make both wood briquettes and charcoal briquettes.

Almost all the wood waste can be used as rice husk briquetting machinery raw material, such as sawdust, wood sawdust, wood powder, wood chips, rice husk tree branch sand so on. But the diameter should less then 5mm, if the raw material cannot achieve requirement, it should be crushing first, and the moisture of the raw material is about 8-12%.
