Flanged Butterfly Valve Information

The closing part is a disc-shaped butterfly plate, and the valve that rotates around a fixed shaft in the valve body to open, close and regulate fluid is called butterfly valve.
The butterfly plate of rubber-lined butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical passage of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis of the valve stem, and the rotation angle is between 0 and 90 degrees. When it rotates to 90 degrees, the valve is fully open.
The rubber lined flange batterfly valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline.
