Lead edge feeder
1.The transmission shaft is equipped with safety clutch to avoid misoperation and damage the machine (when the machine is not locked, the host cannot start operation).
2. suction fan, auxiliary feeding, to ensure smooth into curved board, air volume can be according to the size of the board for each section of the adjustment, the maximum guarantee the ability of vacuum adsorption, make the paper more accurate.

Print unit
1.The printing roller and trace pressing roller adop good quality without gap steel roller ,surface is treated by lapping finish,

2.Adopting the hang printing plate system,it is easy to change printing plate ,and installed switch by feet ,which is convinent to hang printing plate.
3.Pneumatic brake mechanism.When the stage is separated or adjusted, the brake mechanism restricts the machine to rotate and maintains the fixed position of the original gear.
