Machine
Type equipment can produce vegetable transport box, seafood
transport box, fruit transport box and so on
1. High-strength square tube welded by tempering prevent form
deformation .
2. After sand-blasting,greatly improve corrosion performance and
service life of equipment .
3. Adopt PLC(Mitsubishi) and HMI(WEINVIEW) ,for close-mold ,filling
,heating, cooling,de-mold,the whole proess is automatic.
Main features :
This machine is the basic type of shape molding machine and the
features are as follows:
Mechanical Structure :
a.high-strength square tube welded by tempering prevent form
deformation .
b.after sand-blasting,greatly improve corrosion performance and
service life of equipment
c.after sand-blasting ,anti-rust spray zinc-rich primer,rust greatly
improve the performance and service life of equipment .
Electronic control:
a.adopt PLC(Mitsubishi) and HMI(WEINVIEW) ,for close-mold filling
,heating,cooling,de-mold,the whole proess is automatic. b.all electronic components are used well- kown brands ,better
stability of the equipment(Schneider).
c.the stroke is adjusted by the encoder controlled through the HMI
settings ,easy adjustment and high accuracy .
