ICP700T single-channel scanning inductively coupled plasma emission
spectrometer (for petrochemical industry) is a dedicated high-end
chemical analysis instrument designed for the testing requirements
of the petrochemical industry. It is mainly used to determine the
content of elements in various oils and related products. The
instrument innovatively adopts the oil direct injection technology,
the ultra-low temperature fog chamber of semiconductor
refrigeration, and the auxiliary oxygen injection, which eliminates
the phenomenon of serious carbon deposition in organic samples, and
the applicability of the instrument is greatly improved.

Application field
1. It can realize the direct injection and determination of
gasoline and diesel oil without complicated digestion operation,
and can measure elements such as silicon, phosphorus, iron,
manganese, and lead.
2. It can measure the content of more than 20 kinds of wear
elements in lubricating oil and its additives, and it can be tested
on the machine with simple dilution. Optional high-salt atomizer
can be used to directly measure the content of wear elements in the
lubricating oil after use.
3. It can measure the content of more than 30 elements in crude oil
and its ancillary products
Method features
The method of direct injection testing of oil products adopts
ConostanS-21 multi-element mixed oil standard imported from the
United States and PremiSolv (TM) ICP diluent (used to replace
aviation kerosene) to ensure the accuracy of the standard oil and
the purity of the diluent. The instrument performance of the whole
machine and the self-developed oil sampling application method make
the test process simpler and more convenient, and the data is more
stable and accurate. It is guaranteed that personnel without
professional foundation can master the entire operation process
proficiently. The petrochemical industry has strong applicability
and promotion.

A: The standard length of profiles and tube are 5800mm to suit for small container, and we also can cut to specific length, however a surcharge of machining and material scrap cost will be charged accordingly based on each individual invoice.
Q2: What's your MOQ?
A: we have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less that USD 1000 for custom handing cost purpose.
Q3: what is your payment terms?
A: The payment terms we accept is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T preferred.
Q4: What's the lead time for small order and mass production?
