Stainless Steel MC IP65 YE-100 -1KPa-205KPa Pressure Gauge for Gaseous and Liquid Media Manufacturer
Introduction
The bellows pressure gauge uses a bellows as a sensitive element
for measuring tiny pressure. It is widely used in boiler
ventilation, gas pipelines, combustion devices and other similar
equipments to measure the micro-pressure and negative pressure of
the corrosive copper alloy and non-explosive dangerous gas.
The stainless steel bellows pressure gauge is made of stainless
steel according to the pressure guiding system and the shell. It is
used to measure the micro pressure and negative pressure of various
gaseous media in the process with high corrosion resistance
requirements.
The stainless steel bellows pressure gauge is a corrosion-resistant
micro pressure gauge developed with reference to the structural
characteristics of the original bellows pressure gauge. It is
applied to boiler ventilation and gas pipelines and other
equipment, and measures the micro pressure and negative pressure of
various gas media in the process with high corrosion resistance
requirements. Accuracy level: 2.5

Structure principle
The meter is composed of measuring system (including joints,
bellows bellows, etc.), transmission mechanism (including rod
pulling mechanism, gear transmission mechanism), indicating parts
(including pointer and dial) and outer shell (including case,
lining ring and watch glass) composition. The working principle of
the instrument is based on the corresponding elastic deformation of
the free end of the corrugated bellows under the pressure of the
measured medium, which is then transmitted and amplified by the
gear transmission mechanism, and the pointer fixed on the gear
shaft will be measured one by one. The value is indicated on the
dial. There is also a zero adjustment device, which can easily
adjust the zero position.
The measuring range of the bellows pressure gauge is -80~60000Pa,
but different bellows pressure gauges should be selected according
to different pressure ranges. When the pressure is between -1000Pa
and 60000Pa, it is recommended to use a disc type bellows pressure
gauge. If the pressure is at -80Pa It is recommended to use a
rectangular bellows pressure gauge.
The difference
The difference between bellows pressure gauge and pressure gauge is
as follows:
1. Ordinary pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure of
non-oxidizing liquid gas.
2. Diaphragm pressure gauges are usually used in two aspects:
(1) Measuring pressure in applications where oxidation resistance is applied (the medium to be measured is oxidizing, and different oxidizing media should use different diaphragm materials)
(2). Food hygiene application, because the measured medium does not move outside the pressure gauge when the pressure is measured by the ordinary pressure gauge, it is simply contagious again and again. The measurement principle of the bellows pressure gauge is: the bellows pressure gauge adopts indirect measurement. The bellows pressure gauge is deformed under the influence of the pressure of the measured medium, and the sealing liquid is pressed to form a pressure equal to P, which is transmitted to the pressure gauge. Reveal the measured medium pressure value. It is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquid, gas or granular solid medium with high viscosity, easy crystallization, high oxidation and high temperature. The bellows pressure gauge has a variety of raw materials to adapt to various oxidizing media.
Application
The bellows pressure gauge is suitable for measuring micro pressure
and negative pressure that have no corrosive effect on copper
alloys and no explosion hazard. Gas is widely used in equipment
such as boiler ventilation and gas pipelines. The bellows pressure
gauge can be installed on site and indicated on site.
