Important notes:
1. Consignment of goods
The consignor, consignee, destination, scheduled flight date and
airline, destination, number of pieces, weight, volume and freight
rate shall be indicated in the consignment letter. After the
foreign trade companies and industrial and trade enterprises have
prepared the goods and received the L / C which has been verified
(or modified), they can handle the consignment. That is to say,
according to the relevant shipping terms in the L / C and the
contract, as well as the name, number of pieces, date of shipment
and destination, fill in the shipping list and provide relevant
documents, which will be sent to the foreign transport company as
the basis for booking flights.
2. Documents required
Customs declaration information shall include:

3. Booking warehouse
1) The plane in the afternoon of that day is usually called the
scene. The goods on site are generally required to be delivered to
the airport at about 9:00 a.m., because the plane in the afternoon
should be provided after the customs clearance in the morning. The
order sheet of the aircraft after 9:00 p.m. should be delivered to
the airport at the latest at about 1:00 p.m.
2) For the next day's aircraft, it is generally required that the
manifest must arrive at the airport at the latest before 2:00 p.m.,
because the customs generally requires that the customs declaration
information must be recorded into the customs computer system
before 2:30 p.m.
3) Especially urgent goods, in order to match the fastest flight,
when the order has arrived at the airport and the goods have not
been put into the warehouse, you can go to the customs declaration
first. This practice is called forecast customs, which is printed
on the bill of lading according to the customer's reported weight.
Therefore, the error rate between the reported weight and the
actual weight in the warehouse should be controlled within 3%. If
the error is too large, the delivery and verification will be
affected.
The forecast goods must be delivered to the warehouse 6 hours
before the aircraft takes off. After the goods are put into the
warehouse, our company will report the actual weight and volume of
the guests after they arrive at the warehouse to the customers for
confirmation.
4. Security check
As the name implies, the safety inspection of air cargo. Chemical
product verification certificate or DGN report shall be provided.
Chemical product verification certificate or DGN report is the
certificate issued by chemical research institute that the chemical
product meets the requirements of air shipment. It mainly refers to
the goods that are harmless to air transportation, non-toxic, non
explosive and flammable, and meet the packaging requirements. Those
that do not meet the requirements are classified as dangerous
goods, and the dangerous goods are specially shipped according to
the freight rate and shipping mode of dangerous goods. Nowadays,
airlines generally prohibit liquids because they are flammable and
leaking.
5. Hit the board

6. Send information with aircraft
Some cargo customers require Send invoice, packing list,
certificate of origin (to prove the origin of the goods),
fumigation certificate to prove that wood packaging will not
produce insects), etc, with aircraft, which are provided to foreign
customers for customs clearance. The certificate of origin and
fumigation certificate generally require the sender to send it to
the consignee by express delivery. The sender want to send with
aircraft need to issue a written guarantee (the content is that if
it is lost, the responsible guest shall be responsible for it).
Because it is easy to lose the certificate of origin and fumigation
certificate.the invoice and packing list lost, the copy is
supplemented, the customs can be cleared. However, the certificate

sent by the agent are generally required to be accompanied by a
waybill.
7. Master bill / waybill
After the cargo is loaded, CAAC shall issue the master air waybill
and the outward transport company shall issue the air waybill. The
air waybill has three originals and twelve copies. The first copy
shall be delivered to the consignor, the second copy shall be kept
by the shipping company, and the third copy shall be delivered to
the consignee along with the goods. Twelve copies are used for
customs declaration, financial settlement, foreign agency, transfer
distribution and other purposes.
8. Notice
Issue shipping advice. After the goods are loaded, a shipping
notice can be sent to the buyer so that the other party can prepare
payment, redeem the bill and handle the receipt.
