Product Introduction
TCT examination is the abbreviation of liquid-based thin-layer cell
detection. Using a liquid-based thin-layer cell detection system to
detect cervical cells and carry out cytological classification
diagnosis. Compared with the film examination, the satisfaction of
the specimen and the detection rate of abnormal cervical cells were
significantly improved. At the same time, some precancerous lesions
and microbial infections such as molds, trichomoniasis, viruses,
and chlamydia can also be found.
PAP Staining Method
- Add hematoxylin and rinse three times with pure water after 90
seconds
- Add the buffer and rinse three times with pure water after 2 min
- Add the buffer and rinse three times with absolute ethanol after 2
min
- Add Pap staining solution and rinse 3 times with absolute ethanol
after 7 min
