What are the raw materials used to prepare chicken feeds?
(1). Energy feed. This type of feed is rich in starch, sugar and
cellulose, including cereals, bran, roots, tubers and melons, as
well as fats, sugar residues, etc. It is the main ingredient of
chicken feed, and its consumption accounts for about 60% of the
full price of the diet. . Commonly used energy feeds in diets
include corn, wheat, barley, bran and broken rice, grass seeds,
sorghum and so on. The crude protein content of this type of feed
generally does not exceed 15%, and the crude fiber is less than
18%. Therefore, feeding chickens with this type of feed alone
cannot meet the needs of the chickens, and it is easy to make the
chickens fat.
(2). Protein feed. Protein feed refers to a feed with a crude
protein content of more than 20% and a crude fiber content of less
than 18% in the dry matter of the feed, and the use of high energy
value feed. According to different sources, it can be divided into
two categories: plant-based protein feed and animal-based protein
feed. Vegetable protein feed includes meal, legume seeds and some
processing by-products. This type of feed is characterized by rich
protein content, high content of essential amino acids, but
insufficient calcium, sodium, and iron, rich copper and zinc, and a
lot of manganese, high phosphorus content, but low utilization
rate. In addition to vitamin E, it lacks other fat-soluble
vitamins. B12 is lacking in water-soluble vitamins. The most
commonly used are soybean meal, soybean meal, peanut meal, rapeseed
meal, cotton kernel cake, corn gluten meal, mung bean protein meal
and other protein feeds. Animal protein feeds include fish meal,
meat and bone meal, silkworm pupa meal, earthworm meal, shrimp
bran, blood meal, feather meal and feed yeast. This type of feed is
characterized by high protein and essential amino acid content,
high mineral content, high calcium and phosphorus content, and rich
B vitamin content, especially BI, and shame.
(3). Mineral feed. Mineral feeds are feeds that contain relatively
specific nutrients. Plant feeds generally lack sodium, chlorine and
calcium. In general diets made from natural feeds, minerals cannot
meet the needs of chickens in terms of quantity and proportion. Add
various mineral feeds. Mineral feeds commonly used to supplement
calcium are: calcium carbonate powder, shell powder, eggshell
powder, etc. The mineral feed supplemented with phosphorus includes
bone meal, calcium phosphate, and calcium hydrogen phosphate.
(4). Vitamin feed. It can be divided into two categories. One
category is commercial vitamin additives, including single vitamins
and multivitamins, such as vA, vD, h, vx, multivitamin B, choline,
and vitamin premixes. The other is a variety of green feed and
processed products, such as silage, green hay powder, leaf powder
and so on.
(5). Additives. The so-called additives are substances that are
added in small or trace amounts in livestock and poultry diets in
order to fully meet the nutritional needs of livestock and poultry,
or to promote the growth of livestock and poultry, prevent
diseases, or to facilitate feed preservation and improve the
quality of livestock products. Including nutrient additives such as
amino acid, vitamin and trace element additives; growth promoters;
insect repellent health additives, such as sulfa drugs, furan
drugs, arsenic preparations and antiparasitic drugs; antioxidants
such as ethoxyquin, etc.; Antifungal agents such as sodium
propionate.

1. Raw material cleaning
Receive bulk raw material corn and soybean meal; the cleaning
process is to pass the corn and soybean meal that passed the
inspection by the raw material inspector into all the operation
units of the silo. In this process, the impurities in the raw
materials are first removed by impurity removal equipment, and then
transported to the silo according to the plan through the receiving
equipment and demagnetization equipment. The production line
equipment includes receiving devices (such as unloading pits,
platforms, etc.), conveying equipment, primary cleaning screens,
and magnetic separation devices (such as permanent magnet drums,
permanent magnet drums, etc.). For the receipt of bagged raw
materials, it means that the loading and unloading personnel unload
the raw materials that have passed the inspection by the raw
material inspector and store them neatly in the warehouse. Four
points must be taken in the receiving process: 1. Accurately count
the quantity; 2. The raw materials have no quality problems; 3. The
receiving route is correct; 4. The receiving environment is clean.
2. Batching process
The batching process is to weigh the raw materials in the batching bin from the feeder under each batching bin to the batching according to the formula requirements. In the medium amount, these high-quality raw materials enter the powder silo, add a small amount of feed and premix, and mix directly in the raw material silo after manual weighing. The quality of the batching process directly affects the accuracy of the product batching.
3. Crushing process
The crushing process refers to sending the raw materials to be
crushed in the silo to the crusher to be pulverized into powder,
and then sent to the silo to be mixed by a conveyor for use. The
purpose of this process is to control the particle size of the
material. The design efficiency of the crusher in this process
determines the capacity of the process equipment, and it is also
the process with the largest energy consumption in the production
of powdered materials. Monitor and confirm the hammer, sieve,
current, noise and crushing path at any time.
4. Mixing process
During the mixing process, the crushed various raw materials are
discharged from the mixing bin into the mixer, and grease is added
to the feed in the mixer through the liquid adding system as needed
to make the components mix uniformly and achieve the desired mixing
effect. Uniformity. The material discharged from the mixer is the
finished product, which is directly sent to the packaging process
of the finished product for packaging and leaving the factory. In
the production of pellet feed, the mixed powder is sent to the silo
for pelleting. In order to ensure the efficiency of the mixer,
maintenance personnel must regularly check and repair the
equipment, and regularly test the efficiency of the mixer.
5. Granulation process
After being subjected to magnetic separation and conditioning, the mixed materials are sent to the compression chamber of the granulator to be compressed into granular feed, cooled by the cooling tower, and sieved by the screening equipment to obtain standard granules. The magnetic separation equipment must be cleaned regularly to prevent iron impurities from damaging the granulator. During quenching and tempering, the amount of steam should be adjusted according to the requirements of particle varieties, and the ring die (aperture, compression ratio, material, etc.) should be selected according to the requirements of particle process quality. When cooling, the cooling tower should be adjusted according to factors such as variety, indoor temperature and humidity, and seasons to achieve a qualified level. Particle temperature and humidity. Adjust the cooling tower to achieve qualified particle temperature and humidity according to the variety, indoor temperature and humidity, season and other factors.
6. Finished product packaging process
The feed is weighed from the finished product warehouse by a packaging scale, put into the packaging bag, and then the label is inserted and sealed by the packer, and then transported to the warehouse by the transport truck for stacking.
