A complete animal feed pellet production line including the

1. Receiving cleaning system : remove impurities in the material
first
2. Grinding system: Crush the material into small granules of mash,
suitable for different kinds of animals.
3. Batching system: Computer control ensures the high precision of
various ingredient recipes.
4. Pelletizing system : Pelletizing system, pressing the material
into granules.
5. Cooling and screening syst : The high temperature particles are
cooled while MC is removed, and the standard quality particles are
classified.
6. Packaging system: Particles are packed in small bags of
15-25kg/bag

8. Pellet chamber door and feed chute are fully made of stainless
steel with high anti-corrosion ability and long service life;
9. The connection between motor and gearbox adopts new type S-shape
spring coupling with more convenient disassembling and assembling
and more reliable use.
