Q: What is your warranty period for the supplied parts?
A: 6 months guarantee for the assy products. Spare parts have no
warranty
period, if you receive any defective spare parts, please take
photos and video
to contact us immediately, after confirmation, we will give the
same value
discount in the new order or provide new qualified products in the
next repeat
orders.
Q: What is your warranty period for new parts, and for rebuild
patrs
A: The warranty for new products is 6 months. We don't sell rebuild
parts.
Q: When does the warranty period start?
A: The warranty period starts 30 days after the customer receives
the goods.
Q: What are the conditions and procedure for providing information
from our
side to obtain warranty support?
A: If customers complaints, first, please provide the photos of the
nameplate
on the goods, as well as the videos and pictures of the products in
question
and the videos of the products working on the equipment. We will
arrange
technical personnel to identify the faults and help to eliminate
the faults fast.
Before the technical personnel do not determine, please do not
disintegrate
the hydraulic pump. If it is determined by the technical personnel,
the reason
caused by our products, we will return or replace the products for
the customer,
or give a discount for the new order.
Q: What types of compensation are possible if it is proved that the
spare part is
defective? Money, goods, a discount for a new order?
A: If the products are defective within the warranty period, we
will compensate
it for 10% to 50% of the total value, depending on the consequences
of thedefect, The compensation will be in the form of a discount in
the next order.

A: The shipping cost isn’t included in the compensation.
Q: What is the default warranty case, typical examples of warranty
cases so

A: If oil leakage occurs during the warranty period, it can be
regarded as a tacit
defect of the product. Provides 10% of the maintenance cost of the
single
product value, which will be realized in the form of discount in
the next order.
However, oil leakage caused by unclean hydraulic oil or high
internal pressure
caused by blocked oil path is not within the scope of warranty.
Q:What is NOT a default warranty case, typical examples of such
situations, so
that we can make a prompt decision on complaints?
A: It is very important to make sure that you are using qualified,
clean hydraulic
fluids oils. The below following conditions are not covered by the
warranty:
1) If the oil is not clean or not emptied after installation,
internal smashed
caused by Filter clogging, etc, spare parts wear, oil leakage and
other
situations;
2) If the pump body is dismantled or self-refitted without our
permission.
3) If the nameplate cannot be provided, it cannot be proved that
the product is
provided by DEKA;
4) If it has been clear to the customer before delivery that the
warranty is not
guaranteed, but the customer still chooses to order;
5) Special offer and discount products;
6) Defects of the product are not caused by the product itself;
What you should pay attention to when using hydraulic pumps ?
Clean working oil must pass through the drain port on the shell and
be filled into the pump before staring the plunger pump.
Run at no-load for 5-10 minutes first before normal operation when
the hydraulic pump starts.
