If you have any concerns, we offer a 30 day peace of mind guarantee
(refund or exchange).
Defective or damaged items during transportation must be reported
within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us through the information system Simply return the
purchased item within 30 days of receiving its original (resale)
status and packaging for a refund (less postage and packaging) or
exchange.
Any defective or incorrect items must be returned within 30 days of
receipt. In any case, customers are responsible for paying the return
shipping fee. It is recommended that customers obtain proof of postage when they
have not received items in rare circumstances.
We offer a three-month warranty for most products, covering only
manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover any damage/improper operation caused
by the user.
If the product we provide malfunctions due to manufacturing
defects, please contact us through the information system to obtain
RMA (Return Authorization) and return instructions. If you return the item, you must return it together with the RMA
number and invoice copy, and the reason for the return must be
stated.
We can only refund or replace the product when we actually receive
the return. All returns will be processed within 5 working days of receipt in
