Description
Pagoda spring is a kind of damping spring, the main characteristics
are small volume, large load, variable stiffness, widely used in
small space, large load occasions and damping devices.
In the same installation space, the same volume of pagoda type
spring than ordinary compression spring can withstand greater
pressure, the corresponding can store more energy, can withstand
greater pressure under the same shape variable.
For some installation space is small, the need for large elastic
installation position, the use of compression spring if the
increase of wire diameter will cause a series of problems such as
cost, diameter rise. If the number of turns is reduced, the spring
may be permanently deformed under strong pressure, resulting in a
sharp reduction in service life.
In this case, a pagoda spring can be used instead of a compression
spring.
