The rivet nut column can be divided into four types from the
material and the form of internal thread: fast cutting steel
through hole rivet nut column SO type, stainless steel through hole
rivet nut column SOS type, fast cutting steel blind hole rivet nut
column BSO type and stainless steel blind hole rivet nut column
BSOS type, which are respectively used in different environments.
There is no specific national standard for rivet nuts. The early
manufacturers came from the United States and gradually formed
today's industry standard after being introduced into China. Most
of the domestic manufacturers are from suzhou in Jiangsu province
and Dongguan in Guangdong Province.

Product Detail
1. How do you install a speed nut clip?
Hold Flat Type Speed Nut Fastener in desired position with prongs
pointing outward, toward fingers. Start screw through Speed Nut
impression. Press Speed Nut firmly against panel and drive screw.
Finger pressure is sufficient to prevent Flat Type Speed Nut
Fastener turning as screw is driven.
2. What are blind nuts?
Rivet nuts (also know as rivnuts, blind nuts or nut-serts) are
internally threaded inserts, used in applications with small
material (wall) thickness. They create a strong thread in thin
sheets of material for high strength fastening from bolts and other
threaded articles.
3. How does a self locking bolt work?
Ms20365 (aN365) low-temperature self-locking nuts are used on bolts
or machine screws, and are prevented from vibrating loose by an
elastic insert. this plastic insert has a hole slightly smaller
than the diameter of the threads on which it fits. When the bolt
enters the insert, it tries to force it out of the nut.
4. Can self locking nuts be reused?
"Do not reuse self-locking nuts. These nuts are designed to be used
only once and should be replaced whenever they are removed."
