Customer pain points:
The efficiency of manual loading and unloading is low, and the
smell of the plastic packaging workshop will endanger human health.
Traditional automation is expensive and not conducive to later
transformation.
Solution:
In this case, CR10 cooperative robot is responsible for loading and
unloading materials, and cooperating with plastic packaging
equipment to complete semiconductor plastic packaging process. The
robot takes out the lead frame from the laminator and puts it into
the plastic packaging press, then puts it into the plastic
packaging press from the resin machine's material taking frame,
waits for 2 minutes for the equipment to complete the plastic
packaging process, and then takes down the material frame and puts
it on the finished product frame. The end of the robot is equipped
with a quick change flange, which can quickly and stably hold
different frames and improve the loading and unloading efficiency.
