Intended Use
To be used for blood cell counting, sizing, and WBC differentiation, hemoglobin determination on Medonic 3 part diff hematology analyzers. This product is for In Vitro Diagnostic Use only.

Procedures

• Remove all the reagent aspiration tubes from the currently used reagent boxes or bottles.
• Wipe the tube’s surface with a lent free tissue, and then rinse with distilled water.
• Put the tubes into the LABNOVATION reagent boxes or bottles.
• Run at least 50 backgrounds. Check for the acceptable values. At first high background counts can be seen, that should lower to normal after a few runs.
• Run all three levels of a dedicated commercial control. Check for the acceptable values.
• Recalibrate the unit if necessary.
