Our main products are CTS series (Computer to Screen system), a fully automatic printing plate exposure system.

CTS series is one of our mature laser direct imaging products, which is based on digital micro-mirror device (DMD) array technology. The equipment process an image pattern through a computer which converts the image into graphic machine data, then transfer the data to a digital micro-mirror array (DMD), which then directly projects the image onto a photoresist material to complete exposure.

CTS 1213V is mainly composed of operation control system and exposure unit.

The operating control system includes server, monitor, mouse and keyboard, Staff can start the exposure through the operation console after start-up.

Exposure unit is mainly composed of laser imaging system and high-precision motion platform, Computer to screen .
