Upright Frames

Upright frames, consisting of columns and bracings, can be customized with different heights and dimensions. Produced with cold-formed steel using bending machines, our uprights have variable material thickness and sections for ranges of loading capacities.

Beams

For standard upright columns, box beams are commonly used as the major weight-bearing components produced with safety pin connectors.

Box beams are available in a comprehensive range to cover most loading requirements. Beam section height is available from 80~160mm, and steel thicknesses are available in 1.5, 1.7, and 2.0mm.

Secondary Support

In selective pallet racking, pallet support bars and shelves are often added on horizontal beams offering secondary support for palletized and non-palletized products.

Pallet support bars are placed at the interval part of two beams facilitating the safety and accuracy of pallet storage and picking.

The commonly used shelves are wire mesh decks, plywood shelves, and galvanized panels.
