180 ºFlip H-Beam Chain Type Turnover Machine Beam Turning Table Rotator Max Loading 3000kg

H-beam chain type turnover machine is a special equipment designed for double-sided welding of H-section steel in horizontal H-section steel assembly line.

The equipment is equipped with four electric hoists which control chain lifting and four walking trolleys which can drive the electric hoist to the left and right respectively.

Through the left and right movement of the walking car to meet the applicable range of H-beam of different sizes and the left and right movement transmission of H-beam, the upper and lower lift of the electric hoist control chain is used to realize the positive and negative flip of H-beam.

It is suitable for 180 ºflip of H section steel formed on opposite side, so that the other side of H steel can be welded by the latter submerged arc welding.

Operational principle:

When the middle position of the workpiece is transferred on the raceway to the center of the two chains of the turning frame, four walking trolleys are moved to the same width as the workpiece, the workpiece is suspended, and the electric hoist is controlled to turn the workpiece 180 °.

After turning over, control the walking car to move the workpiece to the middle of the roller table, reduce the chain to put down the workpiece, this station work is completed.
