Detection principle
Syringes are indispensable products in the medical industry. The
inspection equipment for the appearance defects of syringes is
mainly aimed at some small defects in the production process of
syringes, which may affect the health and safety of syringes in the
follow-up use
The syringe appearance defect detection equipment transfers the
syringe to a specific detection station in a stable and orderly
manner through the docking of the front-end automation
mechanism,and then transmits the captured high-pixel sample image
to the image processing software through an industrial camera, the
AI artificial intelligence algorithm will detect and determine the
good and bad products, and control the corresponding pneumatic
components to remove the bad products, and finally outputs the
qualified products. The back-end conveyor platform of the testing
machine can be connected to the automatic packaging mechanism.
