Inspection principle
KEYE TECH Rice Appearance Quality Tester can be used in the
laboratory to analyze the appearance quality of rice. It is a
professional instrument that realizes automatic detection of rice
and rice quality indicators after obtaining rice images through a
scanner. Rice quality analyzers are often used in rice and product
quality supervision, inspection and testing centers, rice joint
laboratories, genetic research centers, genetic and developmental
biology research institutes and other scientific research and
testing units, grain distribution enterprises, processing
enterprises, etc.
The rice appearance quality inspection system can automatically
analyze and evaluate all kinds of rice (indica rice, japonica rice,
glutinous rice, silk seedling rice, special rice, organic rice,
etc.) Aspect ratio and area), the total number of rice grains in
the test sample, the average length, the average width, the average
aspect ratio, the number of whole grains, the number of broken

Features of system
The rice appearance quality detector adopts image scanning and
acquisition method, and adopts general-purpose computer and special
processing software for image processing.
Applicable objects: japonica rice, japonica brown rice, indica

- Equipped with a dual light source color scanner with an optical
resolution of 4800×9600 and A4 lengthened for imaging. The scan
width is 30 cm × 20 cm, and the minimum pixel size is 0.0053 mm ×
0.0026 mm.
- Detect the whole rice rate of rice, the chalky rate, chalkiness,
yellow grain, imperfect grain and grain shape of rice and other
quality inspection indicators.
- Automatically measure the area, long diameter, short diameter,
aspect ratio, roundness and equivalent diameter of each grain, and
can automatically analyze and process and output the results in
large batches.
- Chalkiness: Average chalkiness size, chalky rice grain number,
chalkiness degree, chalkiness rate and transparency in automatic
whole rice.
- Broken rice: In the rice grain image, broken rice, whole rice, rice
grain number and abnormal rice can be displayed in different color
boxes, and the different grain types of each rice grain can be seen
at a glance; the system can manually delete abnormal rice , the
data can be updated automatically, and the inspection is more
accurate.
- Detect the mass ratio and particle number ratio of each index. Each
analysis image, distribution graph, and result data can be saved,
and the analysis results can be output to an Excel sheet, and an
analysis marker graph can be output.
