Inspection principle
In the beer brewing process, there are many factors that affect product quality, such as raw material quality, craftsmanship, brewing technology, etc. In addition, bottle defects and dirt (bottle mouth, bottle body and bottle bottom) are also a key factor affecting beer quality. Therefore, the empty beer bottles must be tested before beer filling, and the unqualified products must be rejected before the beer filling can be carried out. At present, most breweries in my country still use manual inspection of the quality of empty beer bottles, which is inefficient, slow and labor-intensive.
Machine vision is very suitable for measurement, inspection and identification in the process of mass production, and the application of linear array CCD in continuous and scanning online measurement is very advantageous. Using machine vision detection method can greatly improve production efficiency and production automation, and machine vision is easy to realize information integration, which can greatly improve product quality and production efficiency. Therefore, for the highly repetitive work of beer bottle detection, it is of great significance in practice to develop a set of beer empty bottle detection devices to realize automatic detection of empty bottles by applying machine vision theory.
Inspection principle
A CCD camera is used to convert the captured target into an image signal, which is sent to a dedicated image processing system, and is converted into a digital signal according to pixel distribution, brightness, color and other information; the image system performs various operations on these signals to extract the characteristics of the target. Such as: area, length, quantity, position, etc.; finally, output the result according to the preset tolerance and other conditions, such as: size, angle, offset, number, pass/fail, yes/no, etc.
Inspection details
According to the characteristics and requirements of beer empty bottle inspection, in practice, the inspection is mainly carried out in four aspects. The inspection links and inspection contents are briefly listed as follows:
The empty bottle passes through the inspection machine. If the above 4 tests are qualified, it will enter the next step of the production line smoothly. If it is unqualified, it will be rejected by the rejector. If the bottle is damaged, it will be rejected to the garbage bin and destroyed directly; if there is residual liquid in the bottle, it will be rejected to another conveyor belt and sent to the bottle washing link through the conveyor belt.d
