Detection principle

The system transports the bottles to the predetermined station in a stable and orderly manner, and then transmits the captured sample image to the image processing software through the high-pixel industrial camera, compares with the standardized sample and distinguishes the defective product and the good product, and controls the corresponding pneumatic components to reject defective products and collect qualified products.

The software sets the comparison standard for the samples, operators can control the comparison precision and choose the precision standard that best suits themselves, thereby controlling the defect rate and greatly reduce costs.


Solutions for Vision Inspection

  • 1. The workpiece positioning detector detects that the object has moved close to the center of the camera software's field of vision, and sends trigger pulses to the image-picking products one by one through the visual inspection machine, which can be divided into continuous triggering and external triggering.
  • 2. The image acquisition part sends start pulses to the camera and the lighting software respectively according to the preset program and delay.
  • 3. The camera stops the current scan and restarts a new frame scan, or the camera is in a waiting state before the start pulse arrives, and starts a frame scan after the start pulse arrives.
  • 4. Turn on the exposure mechanism before the camera starts a new frame scan, and the exposure time can be set in advance.
  • 5. Another start pulse turns on the lighting, the lighting time should match the exposure time of the camera.
  • 6. After the camera is exposed, the scanning and output of a frame of image will officially begin.
  • 7. The image acquisition part receives the analog video signal and digitizes it through A/D, or directly receives the digital video data after the digitization of the camera.
  • 8. The image acquisition part stores the digital image in the memory of the processor or computer. 9. The processor processes, analyzes, and recognizes the image to obtain measurement results or logical control values ​​(qualified or unqualified).
  • 10. The processing result controls the action of the pipeline, performs positioning, and corrects the error of the movement.
  • 11. Print the defect output results (production batch number, defect location, coordinates, area, category, production time and other information content) through Excel and other methods.
