Every step of opening the box will bring surprises. It's like opening a magic box. But the production cost is too high, and the initial structure makes it difficult to take out the inner box.
So, as you see now. We modified the structure of the outer box. The bottom box of the Tiandi Lid box was not made into the commonly used completely closed state, but changed to a structure that can be pulled open on one side. This way we can take out the inner box effortlessly. Of course, there is also the material of the outer box. We think it is not necessary to use all PU leather, after all, it is relatively more expensive, so the outer box uses double-sided coated paper. In order to make the two boxes look good, we found the Pantone color card and all the PU leather samples, so the entire box you see now is almost the same color. Our production supervisor is very witty. He told us before production that if the printed content of the inner box and the outer box are the same, we can choose to print the same size so that we can make one less hot stamping plate. Yes, after the designer's adjustment, although there are differences in size between the inside and outside of the box, the size of the bronzing part is the same, but it does not affect the appearance of the box.
