Product advantages
A The integral bed
45 degree slant- bed, compact structure.Fixed surface of spindle
box, Z axis and tailstock guide surface are processed in the same
sequence,the accuracy is higher.
B The unitary spindle
the integral sleeve spindle is designed jointly with imported
manufacturer with high precision and good rigidity. The spindle box
adopts bridge-type long-span structure to ensure good seismic
resistance.
C The integral tailstock
The integral tailstock is installed on the linear guide rail with
Morse taper tip,which has good rigidity and high precision. The
tailstock is driven by cylinder and servo control is optional.
