I.Machine Features

1.Overall high rigidity spindle

Increase the spindle torque and process bearing specifications to provide more power and rigidity.

Standard A2-8 spindle, optional A2-11 spindle.

2.Overall slant bed

HTC40P adopts a 45°overall bed optimized rib design, which makes the force more stable during cutting. The bed material is made of high-density cast iron, with high strength and good shock absorption.

3.Hardened slide rails

Hardened sliding guide rail is adopted, the width of guide rail reaches 110mm, the span of guide rail reaches 380mm, bringing higher machining accuracy and higher rigidity.

4.Rail tailstock

HTC40P tailstock is equipped with integrated sliding guide rail, telescopic sleeve, manual locking, good rigidity.
