Performance and Feature
Acquisition of current, voltage, rely on 32-bit plug-in type MCU made by ST America,which can perform quick sampling,the transfer time of 12-bit AD need1uS only,these can realize high accurate measurement and calculation of 3-P current, 3-pvoltage, 3-P active power,reactive power,transparent power and etc,calculation and analysis of harmonics.
Monitor is LCD with 128X64 matrix, Chinese language,display the time,inside temperature,current,voltage,harmonic parameters at real time, check other parameters,operation status through keys,also the values of over-voltage,under-voltage,under-current, over-temperature,over-compensation can be set and saved,data not lost in case of power failure.
The product provides RS485 port,built-in MODBUS.RTU protocol,compatible with DL645-2007 protocol,able to perform remote monitoring and controlling. When more than one product connected with system,they will have one master machine among them automatically.others as slave machines,become automatic control system of reactive power compensation, any of individual one has fault,it will stop running, does not influence on others operating;if the master machine has fault and out of operation,they will produce new master machine automatically,form a new system.

The general switch cooperated with high breaking fused disconnector is able to break 120KA short circuit current,large break position,to ensure the product able to isolate from system quickly and safely.
Wiring
1. The two shall be connected according to the power supply and load sign on the leakage breaker and shall not be reversed.
2. The protection line shall not pass through the zero-order current transformer. When the three-phase five-line system or the single-phase three-line system is adopted, the protection line must be connected to the protection main line at the inlet end of the leakage circuit breaker, and shall not pass through the zero-order current transformer midway.
3. Single-phase lighting circuit, three-phase four-line production and distribution lines, and other lines or equipment using the working zero line, the zero line must pass through the zero-order current transformer.
4. In the system with the direct grounding of the neutral point of the transformer, once the leakage circuit breaker is installed, the working zero line can only be used as the working zero line after passing through the zero-order current transformer, and the grounding cannot be repeated or connected with the working zero line of other lines.
5. The electrical equipment can only be connected to the load side of the leakage circuit breaker, and do not allow one end to be connected to the load side, while the other end is connected to the power supply side.
6. In the lines with the single-phase and the three-phase load mixed under the three-phase four-line system or the three-phase five-line system, the three-phase load should be balanced as far as possible.
Common fault
Put into the trip
1) The three-phase power line, including the zero line, does not cross the zero-order current transformer in the same direction, and the wiring can be corrected.
2) The leakage circuit breaker and the unleakage circuit breaker are electrical connected, and the two circuits can be divided.
3) There is a fire load in the line, so that such a load can be eliminated.
4) Work zero line through the zero-order current transformer has repeated grounding phenomenon, and repeated grounding shall be eliminated.
5) The leakage circuit breaker itself has a fault, and should be replaced.
