Function of Cylinder Head

2. Contain the passages for coolant, oil, and combustion gases.
3. Dissipate the heat produced by the engine and, therefore, produce cooling.
4. Act as the combustion chamber seal and the engine’s mechanical control powerhouse.
5. Take the compression resulting from combustion pressure.
