The transformer coil winding machine adopts automatic wire laying technology and servo motor driven mode, which guarantees the wire wound compactly and neatly. With a 7.5KW motor, the winding shaft provides enough torque to wind copper or aluminium wire. One potentiometer on the board is used to adjust the rotating speed of the transformer coil winding machine. The rotating direction of the winding shaft can be switched through the foot pedal. The coloured touch screen is used to provide a user friendly interface to input all the parameters. The transformer coil winding machine features slow starting, smooth running, big torque and high automation, etc.
