What is the semi-automated parking system

Semi - Automatic parking system can be used to park two cars on top of each other; the parking spaces can be shifted vertically or horizontally. The parking space selected is moved to the desired position by means of the PLC control system.

Semi-automatic parking mechanism can be built either in the open site or in the underground of a building. It has the advantages of easy maintenance and low price.

Characteristics

2. Simple structure,high safety, no front posts to facilitate the entry of the car on platform.
3. Dependent&space saving with 2 vertical levels.
4 .Back cross bars connected to the back posts to carry the load on platforms.
5. Working principle:upper platforms can only move vertically while lower platforms can only slide horizontally.
6. PLC automatic control system.Push button,touch screen and IC for convenient parking and retrieving process.
7. Safety hook device to prevent falling,collision and overload.
8. Photo electric sensors to check and stop the unit when cars parked improperly or when persons cross in by accident.
9. Emergency stop push button mounted on operation panel as well.
10. Steel parts are sandblasted then anti-corrosion primer painted and top finish color coated.

How does it work

• The ground empty space allows us the independent parking way. Car are protected against theft and vandalism. The system offers space from 3 to 25 cars parking solution.
• Thanks to the Computer PLC control system technology , one vacant space on the entry level allows for horizontal and vertical shifting of all platforms.
• Just sweep the ID Card or Press a button, the system automatically moves the platforms in the desired position.
• An access/exit lane must be available on the entry level, complying with the local regulations.
• This system can also be installed into small walled-up rooms. It mobilizes the existing space by using it the best possible way.

What is the dimension of semi-automated parking system

The height of the entrance and exit of the semi-automatic mechanical parking equipment should be no less than 1700 mm. The height of the passage for people inside the parking equipment should be no less than 1700 mm. The width of the passage should be increased by more than 500 mm on the basis of suitable parking vehicle width.
