Guangzhou Haoshun Mold Tech Co., Ltd (HMT) was founded in 2007 with 110+ employees, covers 5000㎡, a professional manufacturer specialized in prototyping (3D printing / CNC machining / Vacuum casting), toolmaking and plastic molded production. We have 16 injection machines ranging from 50 to 1250 tons, the biggest plastic part we can produce is 1260mm, and the weight is 4.5KG.

Please provide the part 3D models in STEP format or drawings for us to further check and quote an accurate tooling cost and part unit cost.

Q1: How long can I get the product?

5-10 days for the small orders, 15-30 days for bulk orders. Depends on your specific items.

Q2: What's kinds of information you need for quote?

Please kindly provide the part drawing in PDF, and will be better to provide the STEP 3D Model File for us. So that we can further check the part structure, dimension and weight details.

Q3: OEM/ODM, or customer’s logo printed is available?

YES, OEM/ODM, customer’s logo are welcomed. Please can send us the drawings for further check.

Q4: What is your terms of payment?

T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. To be discussed.

Q5: If we don’t have shipping forwarder in China, would you do this for us?

We can offer you best shipping line to ensure you can get the goods timely at best price.
